Fungai Muzorewa is a Chef, Kitchen Design Specialist and Consultant who holds a BSc in Hospitality Administration based in South Africa.
Having trained and worked in the United Kingdom, USA, Zimbabwe, Fungai has also designed commercial kitchens and trained chefs throughout Africa.
He has extensive experience and knowledge in developing HACCP-based food management systems and applies this knowledge to designing commercial kitchens.
Fungai is passionate about food and the farm-to-table concept. He also participates in the Chefs of Compassion food rescue charity, where food that would otherwise be thrown away is collected and used to cook a nutritious and dignified meal and feed the hungry in our community.
He is passionate about successful Event planning and is an expert at catering to huge crowds, a valued niche for the foundation. Fungai Muzorewa serves as BATMEF’s Event Coordinator.
