BATMEF’s Humanitarian Program for the Blind is a commitment to dignity, independence, and equal opportunity for every visually impaired individual. Across communities, people living with blindness often face barriers that limit education, employment, mobility, and social inclusion. Our program exists to break those barriers and ensure that every person—regardless of visual ability—can learn, work, and thrive.

We deliver braille literacy, empowering children and adults with the foundational skills needed for education and lifelong learning. Our vocational training pathways open doors to meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and financial stability. Through disability‑inclusion services, we advocate for accessible environments, community acceptance, and policies that protect and uplift visually impaired individuals.
