The Bishop Abel Tendekayi Muzorewa Evangelism Foundation (BATMEF) is dedicated to advancing the evangelistic legacy of the late Bishop Muzorewa. Our vision is to establish the Bishop A.T. Muzorewa University (BATMU) in his memory, a pioneering center in Zimbabwe that offers exceptional training in theology and related programs. Guided by Bishop Muzorewa’s passion and belief in preaching “the whole gospel for the whole person” and that “the liberation of the people whether politically or spiritually is God’s business too”, we will equip evangelists from diverse denominations. Through this par excellence training in theology and related programs, we strive to catalyze spiritual growth, liberation, and evangelism, reflecting God’s business of redeeming humanity.
